Executive function skills - including working memory, attention control, planning, organization, cognitive flexibility, and emotional regulation - enable goal-directed behavior, problem-solving, and independent growth.
Sessions combine evidence-based skill instruction, guided practice, and real-world application, ensuring that strategies generalize across a variety of contexts and settings.
