For Dr. Gerald Reid’s clinical services (psychotherapy, clinical assessment, neuropsychological evaluations), receipts with diagnostic codes are provided for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Educational services are not reimbursable.

Patients utilizing clinical services will need to reach out to their insurer to ask if procedure codes would be reimbursed back to the patient.

96116 - Neurobehavioral Status Exam

96132 - Neuropsychological Testing first hour by Psychologist

96133 - Neuropsychological Testing each additional hour by Psychologist

96136 - Psych or Neuro Testing/Scoring by physician, first 30 minutes

96137 - Psych or Neuro Testing/Scoring by physician, each additional 30 minutes
